These conditions govern purchases through wsdefr.com. When placing an order, you confirm that checkout details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

We may review orders before fulfillment. A reasonable need arising from suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical errors, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason may lead us to decline or cancel an order.

Product descriptions and availability

We aim to describe our storage and organization products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation and other reasonable factors may cause minor appearance differences.

Genuine pricing, description, inventory and technical mistakes may be corrected when identified. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will explain it and provide available resolution options.

Checkout prices and payment

Before submission, checkout displays product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes and the final order total. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks are required.

Preparing and delivering your purchase

After payment confirmation, normal order processing takes 2–4 business days. Holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volumes may extend processing to a maximum of 5 business days.

For supported destinations in the United States, standard transit generally takes 10–15 business days from dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods.

Shipping options and the applicable charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Review the shipping charge before submitting your order.

Inventory availability, product location and destination determine whether our facilities or designated fulfillment partners handle an order. Its physical shipping origin can differ from our business registration address.

Return eligibility and refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible refunds for approved returns go back to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Our processing generally takes 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may need further time to display the credit.

Cancellation and product concerns

Contact service@wsdefr.com promptly if you wish to cancel. We make reasonable efforts to honor requests received before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment or shipping has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. An order successfully canceled before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee.

Contact customer support as soon as reasonably possible if an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description. Include the order number and photographs or videos where appropriate. We review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund or return arrangement. When a product or fulfillment error is responsible, you will not be required to bear additional costs caused by that error.

Promotions and mandatory rights

A promotional offer may carry eligibility rules, expiration dates, product restrictions or other conditions shown with that offer.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
